Kouchner Confident Lebanese President Will Be Elected Before Month's End

Paris said its initiative to help the Lebanese out of the presidential crisis only aimed and bridging the Lebanese feuding sides to discuss the situation. The Foreign Ministry said this initiative started with the Celle Saint Clou gathering in July. The Ministry said its minister Bernard Kouchner remains optimistic and confidence that a solution to the presidential election will be reached before November 30th. |
