The European Union Parliamentary Delegation Discussed The Latest Developments In Lebanon

with the different Lebanese leaders. The delegation held a meeting ***with Premier Fouad Siniora at the Grand Serail. They then headed to Koreytem where they met with Head of the Future Bloc in parliament MP Saad Hariri in the presence of EU ambassador to Lebanon Patrick Laurent . The delgation also held a meeting in parliament with the parliamentary comision for foreign affairs headed by MP Abdel Latif Zein in the presence of several MPs. Spanish MP Jose Iniasso who spoke on behalf of the delegation said that the visit comes in the framework of mutual exchange of viewpoints between the European parliament and the Lebanese one. The delegation also discussed the latest developments with Hezbollah MP Hussein Hajj Hassan. |
